INAMO is at an exciting phase of expansion and on the back of a successful launch in the U.S, we are looking for someone to head our U.S Operations.

  • Creating and implementing the company’s vision and mission

  • Overall responsibility for managing the P&L

  • Oversee the marketing and sales and the day-to-day operations of the business

  • Drive and increase revenue and ensure set targets are met and exceeded

  • Assessing risks to the company and ensuring they are monitored and minimized

  • Setting strategic goals and making sure they are measurable and describable

  • Develop strategies in accordance with overall channel strategy

  • Develop business plans covering unit volume, revenue, market share, product mix, and channel marketing plans

  • Conduct regular reviews of business performance

  • Identify new opportunities for channel development and implement market penetration sales activities


What you'll need to succeed:


  • Demonstrated track record of achieving sales, profitability, and budget goals in a B2B2C environment

  • Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem solving skills

  • Strong presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written

  • High-energy self-starter as well as collaborative team player

  • Experience in managing a profitable business unit;

  • Experience building strong relationships effectively and efficiently;

  • Good management and people skills;

  • Proactive, autonomous, self-disciplined, reliable and team-player;

  • Strong marketing acumen and understanding of 21st century marketing strategies;
