JOB TITLE: PRODUCT MARKETING MANAGER

Background:

Before launching our first wearable product, the CURL, we were invited by Visa Australia to collaborate to launch the world’s first WaveShades “pay by sunglasses” at the Laneway Festival Australian tour.

 

Visa demonstrated WaveShades at the prestigious South by Southwest Tech Conference in Austin, Texas.

What will I be doing?

 

Reporting directly to the Founder & CEO, you will be responsible for the development, delivery and implementation of our marketing strategy. This will be done through targeted marketing, communication and at events to ensure all marketing strategies align with our brand & objectives.

 

Your ability to identify and initiate contact with customers, build the INAMO brand and execute a range of initiatives that result in customer engagement, success and acquisition is key.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Develop & execute marketing strategies in accordance with overall channel strategy.

  • Deliver all activities associated with marketing of our brand at key events.

  • Coordinate, manage and leverage social media and sponsorship programs, in conjunction with the Social Media Manager, where required.

  • Identify new opportunities for channel development.

 

What you'll need to succeed:

  • You have at least 2yrs+ experience in a marketing, communications, advertising or project management role.

  • Pro-active, autonomous, self-disciplined, reliable and team-player.

  • Strong background in developing and implementing strategic marketing campaigns and have proven people management experience.

  • With a strong aptitude for problem solving, a dynamic approach to 'getting things done', you also have the resilience to undertake work in a changing environment.

  • You possess a high level of communication skills, be comfortable managing projects within tight timeframes and a have a track record of reporting against objectives.

  • You are adaptable and enjoy managing relationships with key partners, supporters and stakeholders to deliver on business goals.

  • Your strong attention to detail, ensures all work is executed to the highest standard.

  • Strong presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written.
